Are you interested in taking a workshop?
In mid October, I will be offering this workshop to teach about the Fascial Slings in the body, along with exercises to stimulate them. You will need to bring a 36 inch roller, and I will bring the rest of the props.
More workshops will be offered, such as;
Matwork - Stability Balls, & Runners' Winter Cross Training
