How much does it cost?

Each class is $20.00. 
If you know how many classes you can take each month, you can purchase ahead of time. 
Carry over will be permitted if you have a legit reason for cancelling.
Payments are made by etransfer to [email protected] (Direct Deposit).

What do I need to Participate?

We will be using several props;
Theraband, Big Stability Ball, Small Stability Ball
*the small ball can be a children's dollar store ball

I will provide you with a Zoom link prior to each month.  You do not need to have the app, but it is seems to have less tech issues when you do.

What if I have injuries?

You will need to communicate with me prior to the class regarding any physical issues you are experiencing and have experienced.  Modifications can be provided.
