Core Basics:
Combining your mind and body, this class will help you learn the building blocks of the Pilates principles while developing a stronger, more resilient body.

On the Ball:
The stability ball engages the deep core muscles to strengthen and balance, affecting better posture. You will learn a wide variety of exercises in order to work every muscle of your body; improving your strength, coordination, and mobility.

We will focus on mobilizing and decompressing your joints using fascial movement techniques. Ideal for those needing a therapeutic approach working in a small class setting.
Mondays - 6:00pm at Calgary Pilates - www.calgarypilates.com
Pilates Apparatus Open Level:
Take your Pilates to the next level with this challenging class as we use all the equipment to improve your endurance and coordination. You will maximize whole body strength and agility using the Reformer, Chair and props in this small group class.
