The stability ball engages the deep core muscles to strengthen and balance, affecting better posture. You will learn a wide variety of exercises in order to work every muscle of your body; improving your strength, coordination, and mobility.

This is an open level, flow style class that uses exercises from the beginner, intermediate & advanced Pilates Reformer repertoire. The goal of this full-body workout is to strengthen, and lengthen while creating intelligent movement.
